As Youth Restoration Corps work as grass roots community program our direction
is to involve the Nations Greatest Natural Resource (Our Youth) as they
restore habitat in Alaska for future generations to enjoy. The future
is theirs, the present is our responsibility by promoting Environmental
Stewardship our youth help ensure the future. By developing the growing
media coverage of the program spreading general understanding of what
Youth Restoration Corps is doing we are discovering a nation wide acceptance
of this type of educational mentoring program. This begins to build pride
of ownership and community involvement then we see positive responsibility
from our nations greatest natural resource
